ADHD coaching that starts with understanding you

ADHD can affect far more than focus and organisation.

It can influence how you see yourself, approach work and relationships, make decisions, manage your time and energy, and how confident you feel about what is possible.

You may have spent years trying to find the right planner, routine, system or strategy - only to find that it works for a while and then stops working.

You may even have started to believe that the problem is you.

It isn't.

My coaching gives you a confidential, psychologically safe space to step back, understand yourself and explore what is really going on.

Together, we can look at your ADHD, your strengths, your experiences, your values, your goals and the barriers that may be getting in your way.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Instead, we work together to discover what works for you, so you can make choices with greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.

How I Can Support You

ADHD Career & Workplace Support

Your ADHD shouldn't have to hold your career back.

You may know you're capable of more, but find that ADHD is making work harder than it needs to be.

Perhaps you're struggling with organisation, prioritising, deadlines, motivation, meetings, communication or sustaining performance.

Perhaps you're considering a career change, seeking progression, returning to work or trying to understand what you need to perform at your best.

Or perhaps you know you need workplace adjustments but aren't sure what to ask for or how to have the conversation.

This is an area where my professional experience is particularly valuable.

Alongside my ADHD coaching experience, I spent more than 25 years working in senior HR and policy roles, including nine years leading the Civil Service Workplace Adjustments Service Policy function.

That means I understand both sides of the workplace conversation - the individual and the environment around them.

Coaching can help you understand your strengths and needs, identify barriers, explore possibilities and build confidence in advocating for yourself.

The focus isn't on making you fit a workplace that doesn't work for you.

It's on understanding what you need to do your best work - and exploring what might make that possible.

What you may gain:

Greater clarity about your career goals and aspirations

A better understanding of your strengths

Greater confidence at work

Strategies to support focus, organisation and performance

Clarity around workplace barriers

Greater confidence discussing your needs

Support exploring workplace adjustments

A stronger sense of autonomy and professional potential
